Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the uses of Savecraft that are not allowed. It applies to the hosted companion chat at my.savecraft.gg, the Savecraft web interface, MCP service, daemon, and related features. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use Savecraft to:

• Attempt to extract free, general-purpose AI inference unrelated to gaming, including for farming or resale
• Harass, threaten, or abuse another person through hosted companion chat
• Create, upload, request, or distribute illegal content
• Create, upload, request, or distribute sexual content involving minors
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, daily message limits, or tier caps

You must also comply with the other restrictions in our Terms of Service, including restrictions on unauthorized access, infrastructure abuse, and infringement of third-party rights.

You may not use the service for the uses prohibited by the Gemma Prohibited Use Policy.

3. Enforcement

We use automated safety flagging to identify potentially violating messages. Automated flagging informs human review; it does not automatically block messages. We may review relevant account activity when investigating a report or safety flag.

Violations of this policy may lead to suspension or termination of your Savecraft account. We may also take action when required by law or when necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

4. Reporting concerns

If you believe someone is violating this policy, contact [email protected] with the relevant details. Do not include sensitive information unless it is necessary to explain the report.

5. Changes

We may update this policy as the service or applicable law changes. Material changes will be handled as described in the Terms of Service.
